The FN Group developed and continues to manage a communications plan for the diocese through a new website, custom-built applications and the inception of an online newspaper.

The Back Story

Budget cuts in the Spring of 2006 forced the Episcopal Diocese of PA to find a new communications solution for a fraction of the original cost. The plan for 2006 was to develop a web-based system that would not only be more efficient than previous years, but also more effective. Now that a reliable platform for the diocese to communicate with clergy and lay leaders has been established, we are excited to continue with the next phase of the project in 2007; to engage the entire community in developing a meaningful resource that congregations can use to connect at the parochial level, and to re-establish online the award-winning monthly newspaper The Pennsylvania Episcopalian (canceled in 2006 due to budget restraints).
